Getting started

Create a free account and you get a live card in about a minute — no app to install.

  1. Sign up free at the signup page with your email (or as a company, add your business name).
  2. Verify your email from the link we send — this unlocks analytics and lead emails.
  3. A starter card is created automatically at onlinevcard.com/your-name. Open your dashboard to make it yours.

Build & edit your card

The card builder is where you add your details, choose how the card looks, and publish it live.

Add your detailsName, role, phone, email, website, address, WhatsApp and payment handles — each field shows on the card only when filled.
Custom URLPick your link, e.g. onlinevcard.com/priya. We check availability live and suggest alternatives if it's taken.
Save vs PublishSave card keeps your draft; Publish makes it live at your public link. Rename later and old links keep working via a redirect.
ImagesUpload a header photo or logo — files are stored securely in the cloud, never bloating your card.
Editing the card is always free. Publishing premium templates or unlocking Pro analytics is where Pro comes in.

  1. Browse Templates — free and Pro designs across Classic, Creative, Corporate and Industry styles. Tap any to preview live.
  2. Hit Use this template to open it in the builder pre-styled.
  3. Customise the header theme — colours, gradient or solid, and layout — from the design panel. Your changes render instantly.
  4. Save & publish. Premium templates need a Pro plan to go live; you can design with them for free first.

Leads & enquiries

Your card has a built-in enquiry form. Every submission is captured for you.

  1. A visitor fills the enquiry form on your card (name, contact, message).
  2. You get an email alert (Pro / trial) and the lead lands in your Leads inbox.
  3. Move it through the status pipeline — New → Contacted → Won/Lost — and search or filter your inbox.
  4. Want it in your CRM too? Connect Zapier and leads flow anywhere automatically.

Teams & roles (organisations)

Run cards for your whole team from one org dashboard at onlinevcard.com/org.

  1. Invite members by email (type, press comma/space to add each). Assign a role and where their card lives.
  2. Roles: Admin (full control), Manager (team performance + leads), Member (own card & leads).
  3. See the whole team's performance, a leaderboard, and a department tree (admins/managers) grouping people by team.
  4. Manage seats — deactivate or reactivate a seat to free it up; brand-lock keeps everyone on your colours.
Member cards can live under your company URL (/company/name) or stay independent (/name) — either way, links and QR never break when you move them.

Your company page

Every org gets a public one-page company site at onlinevcard.com/your-company. Fill it from the org Portfolio tab.

Zapier & integrations

Connect OnlineVCard to 6,000+ apps with one webhook. Every new lead is sent to Zapier, which routes it to your CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, WhatsApp — anywhere.

  1. In Zapier, create a Zap and choose the trigger “Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook”. Copy the webhook URL it gives you.
  2. In your org dashboard, go to Settings → ⚡ Integrations and paste the URL in Zapier webhook URL.
  3. Click Send test event — a sample lead is delivered so you can confirm it in Zapier, then Save.
  4. Add the action steps in Zapier (e.g. “Create row in Google Sheets”, “Add contact in HubSpot”). Done — leads now flow automatically.
Each lead is sent as JSON: { event: "lead.created", org, member, card, lead: { name, phone, email, message, country, created_at } }. Use Disconnect anytime to stop it. Admins only.
